Information in contact forms

  1. The Website collects information provided by the User voluntarily.
  2. The Website can also store information about the connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  3. The data in the contact form shall not be made available for further processing to third parties, unless with the User’s consent.

    • the time of response to an inquiry,
    • the name of the clients’ device - the identification provided by the HTTP protocol,
    • the information on errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions,
    • the URL of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) - in the case where the visit to the Website took place via a link,

Processing of personal data

  1. The User has the right to access personal data, rectify it, delete it, limit the processing thereof, the right to transfer it, the right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, as well as the right to object to the processing of personal data.
  2. Personal data on the Website - information provided in contact forms - is stored until the exchange of information, the exchange being the purpose of the established contact, is completed, no longer than 3 months after the data is obtained or until the User objects thereto.
  3. The Users’ personal data provided in the contact forms shall not be used for automated decision-making. Personal data shall also not be subject to profiling.

Provision of data

  4. The Operator may be obliged to provide information collected by the Website to authorised bodies on the basis of lawful requests to the extent resulting therefrom.

Data for this purpose will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).

Data will be transferred exclusively to entities providing IT services to us, whereby such entities process the data on the basis of contracts concluded with us and exclusively in accordance with the Controller’s instructions. Apart from the entities mentioned above, data may be made available only at the request of the entities authorized to do so under the law.

Data will be kept until the termination of the contract or the statute of limitations on possible claims.
