Consent to the processing of personal data

I agree to the processing of my personal data by the Controller for the purposes of: direct marketing of my own products and services, including sending commercial information (newsletter) and making phone calls.

The Controller of personal data is Mantreo Sp. z o.o. based in Wrocław, Poland at Leszczyńskiego 4/29, NIP [tax identification no.]: 8971822884.

Data for this purpose will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).

Data will be transferred exclusively to entities providing IT services to us, whereby such entities process the data on the basis of contracts concluded with us and exclusively in accordance with the Controller’s instructions. Apart from the entities mentioned above, data may be made available only at the request of the entities authorized to do so under the law.

Data will be kept until the termination of the contract or the statute of limitations on possible claims.

The data subject has the right of access to their personal data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object, right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Data security is a priority for us, however, if you believe that by processing your data we are violating the rules of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
